Terriakyi Take Out

Ingredients:
Broccoli or Brocollini (a great tasting hybrid of asparagus and broccoli)- Steamed then cold shock it after cooking, aka run under cold water for 10 sec
Buckwheat/ Whole Wheat/ Or Vegetable Noodles- cooked to package directions
1 lb Thinly sliced organic meat of choice *TIP* partially defrost the meat you are going to use and you can thinly slice it yourself with a Kabuki knife. Another way is when you buy your meat you can ask the grocery store butcher to slice it for you, it's free!

Cook meat in frying pan with coconut oil, to get your good fats in, then toss in sesame seeds and a splash of fish sauce for some extra flavor.

Sauce:
1 cup Katsup (High fructose syrup free)
1/2 cup beef, chicken or vegetable stock
1/2 low sodium organic terriakyi sauce
1/4 cup Agave
3 cloves Garlic minced or mashed for more flavor
1/2in chunk of Fresh Ginger (peeled)

Gently boil all sauce ingredients for 20 min, it will thicken.

Combine and serve.

Feel free to add any extra veggies you like. We add sweet peppers of all colors and carrots thinly sliced.

Low Fat Alfredo & Broccoli
a modified vitamix recipe

4 cups cooked noodles of choice
Steamed Broccoli

1 1/3 cup cashew milk or almond milk (if you have a vitamix or blendtec make it all right in the blender) Heat to steaming (3 min on high in vitamix)
1 small clove garlic
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp organic butter
Salt to taste (no iodized salt- it thickens the blood = poor circulation) (salt is key to the savory taste)
