What- You SAY!?? Kefir is an amazing cultured drink!! 
Got Kefir?

It slows our aging process, has antitumor properties, is anti-inflammatory and boosts your immune system!
Kefir creates a healthy digestive system and colon and breaks down our food better so we can get the maximum nutrition from it! It also helps decrease the bloating in your stomach!
Water Kefir- has many tastes and is fizzy like sparkling water
Milk Kefir- has even more flavors and is creamy like a smoothie

Milk Kefir is by far the best tasting, especially for starting a new habit with the family!
It's like yogurt but smoothie style! So many flavors will blow your mind. Lifeway is fabulous- get coupons here 
Blueberry is our favorite and it's 99% Lactose free. It doesn't seem to bother or whey allergy either.
You only need to drink up to 4 Tbsp a day to start then after a week or so feel free to drink a cup of it a day or add it to you protein shakes!
It is way less sugar than yogurt and has extra friendly bacteria that yogurt doesn't have!

Coconut Kefir is made with Thai young green coconuts - a hard find here in Utah! It also requires water kefir grains (which I sell your starter kit for $15)
I include your grains, a jar, agave syrup, and a bag of lemons- this is the basic "lemonade" type of water kefir. 


Your grains will grow and multiply so you can make more jars. If you don't want to culture more make sure to throw out anything over 3 Tbsp of grains, otherwise your kefir will ferment too fast and taste sour.
